Apartments Prlenda, Podaca - Dalmatia

Apartments Prlenda are situated in the central part of Podaca and are located between two beautiful pebble beaches. The house is only 80m away from the first smaller but beautiful pebblebeach, while the larger beach is about 200 meters away. Both beaches are lined with natural shade of pine trees. Distance from the post office and shop is 70 meters.

The house has five (5) apartments of approx. 30-40m2. Apartments are renovated 2010th year, very comfortable, each with a separate entrance and a large balcony overlooking these a panorama on the island of Hvar and Peljesac peninsula.

Podaca, Dalmatia

Podaca, under the present name, was first mentioned in 1571 year. An old village, Gornja Podaca, dominates the area and provides a fascinating view of the neighboring bay, the islands of Hvar, Brac, Korcula and Peljesac peninsula.
After the earthquake in 1962, the old village Gornja Podaca was abandoned; new village has been built on the coast and since then has been constantly growing. Today Podaca, as a part of Makarska Riviera, is concentrated on the development of tourism and therefore in the summer season is adjusted to accommodate the needs of many guests from around the world.
